I am fascinated by the interaction between individuals and context, irrespective of whether the wider context relates to a company, administration or non-profit organisation. Time and again, I am astonished about how little it can take to make things run more smoothly, how much can change for a participant through targeted exercises as part of a training course and how such training can help to develop new skills.
I am delighted when my support means that the right person ends up in the right job and can maximise his/her skills potential to successful effect, and when well-planned change management results in sustained and profitable changes within an organisation.
