Coaching individuals

Coaching individuals
…helps to clarify personal goals,

• facilitates better results by adopting a new perspective,
• empowers individuals to act quickly before or after taking on
   new responsibilities,
• can open new doors where an impasse seems to have been reached,
• promotes informed decision-making within a reasonable time frame.

Coaching
… is suitable for managers and other employees in profit and non-profit organisations, administrations and private individuals.

What does coaching involve?
The sessions are planned together with the client (if a company is arranging the coaching) and the individual who will be coached. As part of this, the number of sessions, the length of each session as well as content and aims are specified. The coaching process usually starts with a one to two-hour consultation.

In principle, the following applies:
You are the expert as far as your questions and day-to-day scenarios are concerned.
I, on the other hand, know about typical pitfalls, self-boycotting, emotions and other phenomena which you may encounter.

Together with you, I will consider how you deal with your own behaviour and emotions in your day-to-day life. At the same time, I will introduce you to new methods and perspectives, which you will apply in day-to-day operations. We will then discuss their effectiveness. Subsequently, you can try out these and other methods again to become more successful.
